 Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellation
-Before Shipping:If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
– After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may initiate a return once you receive the order (see Return Policy below).

Shrishaagro-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include:
– The product is out of stock
– Errors in pricing or product description
– Payment issues or incomplete transactions
– Fraudulent or suspicious activity

If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
– Perishable goods (such as food products with a short shelf life)
– Customized or personalized items
– Items on sale or clearance

Return Process
1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shrishaagro.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization:Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. **Ship the Item:** Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
– Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
– Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@shrishaagro.com
